It's sat in a quiet area, has contemporary furniture. Staff is very very helpful and exceptionally nice.

We absolutely loved our stay here for being such a comfortable and cozy place!

We had a great stay on vacation thanks to excellent service. They offered early check-in. The location was marvellous and brilliant, within easy walking distance of Spitzkop Viewpoint.

The property is fully equipped, and we could see lake from the window. It has incredible and wonderful setting just next door to Knysna, shops, bars and places to eat on the waterfront/harbour and the lagoon. Not to mention that it is located right on waters edge.

The staff here is always friendly and very capable, and the location is perfect, being very close to everything.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is very close to the restaurants at the Quays via the easy access door. it is located right on the waterfront, providing beautiful views from the rooms and a lovely atmosphere. the rooms themselves are well-appointed and comfortable, with great amenities such as underfloor heating and a terrace with a view to the canal.

The place is situated in a calm area by the water.

The venue has a brilliant and awesome setting, and the private bathroom includes a bathtub.

The apartment was comfortable with beautiful ocean views, and it was conveniently located near restaurants and bars.

We were amazed by the stunning views and perfect location right on the water. The apartment was spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed. The underheated carpeted floor was a nice touch, especially on colder nights. We loved spending time on the balcony and in front of the fire. The secure car park and private building added to our peace of mind. It was convenient to have easy access to the boardwalk restaurants and bars. We highly recommend this hotel!

The apartment was comfortable and awesome, had a magnificent view of the ocean. Staff was exceptionally nice and amicable at any hour. It was located in a busy area just next door to nearby restaurants, all attractions, and several shops. We truly enjoyed the experience here.

The location was mind-blowing, with a jaw-dropping view from the balcony of our canal side room. The neighbourhood was super quiet after 10pm, ensuring a great night's sleep. The secure underground car park was a bonus. The inverter kept the place lit during loadshedding. The host's amazing welcome after a long journey was much appreciated. The apartment had all the kitchen and bathroom basics, plus extras like underfloor heating and comfortable beds. The overall decor was smart and homey, making us feel like the owner for a few days. The suitcase stand and ample cupboard space were a pleasant surprise. We would definitely book again.
